Our Farmhouse B&B Rooms
Welcome to West Lynch Farmhouse B&B
As you enter through our amazing 15th century door Cathy will show you into the 'open-hall' manor house where breakfast is served between 8.30 and 9.00am, or at any other time on arrangment. The breakfast consists of a fruit juice, a variety of cereals, a selection of fruit, yoghurt, full English or alternative breakfast of your choice, white or seeded toast and a hot drink of your choice. You are allocated your own table, but there is plenty of opportunity to chat to the other guests if you wish to do so.
On arrival you will be offered a drink after your journey, but there are also tea and coffee making facilities in your bedroom.
Our three rooms are all quietly furnished, with a relaxing ambiance, cool in the summer and warm in the winter. At night-time all you can hear is the call of the occasional owl - both ours and wild - and the night sky alight with myriads of stars.
Foxes Den is a triple room which has an ensuite shower-room, all enclosed in a private suite. There is a double bed and a single bed, with comfort in mind, and a glorious view of the garden from the window of the bedroom. The Shower Room is also very spacious, and offers a wonderful view over the horse yard.
Tarrif - Double £95; Single £75 and Triple Family + one child £125.
Badgers Sett is a double room with relaxing views across the front garden and the midnight serenade from our owls as in Foxes Room! The private shower room is along the corridor again offering plenty of space, and a wonderful view over the horse yard! There is a small step down to the landing and another into the bathroom so caution at night is necessary!

Otters Holt a family room extending from the front to the back of the house with space for all the family luggage, children's games, colouring table and a double bed, a single bed, and a smaller child's bed for a young family of four.
